4. Data Privacy and Compliance

5. Termination

SecureIDV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license if:

You violate any terms of this agreement
You attempt to bypass verification limits or misuse the software
Your subscription plan expires without renewal

Upon termination, your access to the software and services will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecureIDV provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee 100% accuracy of verification results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Updates and Modifications

SecureIDV may update, enhance, or modify the software and services at any time. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements. Users are encouraged to stay current with updates included in their subscription plan.
